APG has launched its promotion that pistachios are a complete protein, with television commercials in 11 markets in the Western U.S. and 12 markets in the Eastern and Southern United States during the morning news hours from 6 to 9 a.m. Check the schedule below for when and where those commercials will air.

Public service announcements (PSAs) from APG are also being aired, thanking the many essential workers from farm-to-home who have been working diligently during this challenging time. The PSAs will run through the week of July 20.

Print advertising and public relations in the U.S., Europe, China, Korea and India are also helping to spread the good news. A “complete protein” is a source of protein that contains each of the nine essential amino acids in adequate amounts for those who are over 5 years of age. A serving of pistachios has as much protein as an egg. And like eggs, meat, fish and dairy, pistachios are a complete protein.
